Deeble’s Creative Corner
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Deeble’s Creative Corner, operated by Katie Deeble (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a workshop, private party, or event, you agree to the following terms.
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and the event date has been agreed.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a private party booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking.
Private mobile workshops require a minimum of 6 participants.
If the minimum number of guests is not met, the host may choose to:
• Pay the minimum booking amount, or
• Reschedule the event (subject to availability)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking:
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours (2 days) before the event may be rescheduled to another available date
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund
The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that Deeble’s Creative Corner must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the event may be rescheduled.
This section applies to ticketed events and public workshops.
• By purchasing a ticket, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
Transfers:
• Tickets may be transferred to another person or event with at least 48 hours (2 days) notice
• A £10 transfer fee per ticket applies
• Tickets may only be transferred once
• Transfers are not permitted with less than 48 hours’ notice
• Tickets cannot be transferred after the event has taken place
Alternatively, customers may arrange for someone else to attend in their place. In this case, we must be notified in advance with the new attendee’s details.
Cancellations by us:
If Deeble’s Creative Corner cancels an event, customers will be offered either:
• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to another event
Customer responsibilities:
• Customers must arrive on time for events
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check emails for any event updates
We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact information.
The host is responsible for providing:
• Adequate table and seating space
• A well-lit area suitable for painting
• Reasonable access for setup and pack-down
We reserve the right to decline to run a session if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
Deeble’s Creative Corner operates as a mobile workshop service.
Travel within the agreed service area is included. Additional travel fees may apply outside this area.
All materials are provided, including:
• Canvas boards
• Acrylic paints
• Brushes
• Aprons
Participants must treat equipment with care. Charges may apply for significant damage.
Participants attend at their own risk.
Aprons are provided, but we are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings.
If alcohol is consumed, it must be done responsibly.
We may take photos during sessions for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear, please inform us at the start of the session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deeble’s Creative Corner is not liable for:
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Injuries unless caused by our negligence
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
