refund & Returns policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Katie Deeble trading as Deeble’s Creative Corner and is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom, including distance-selling regulations where relevant.

Bookings for classes, workshops, or paint-and-sip events:

• Are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled event
• Earlier cancellations may receive a transfer, credit, or refund at our discretion
• No refunds are typically provided for non-attendance (“no-shows”) 

If we cancel an event, you will be offered a refund, credit, or rescheduled booking where appropriate.

Where refunds are approved:

• They will normally be issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provided 

We reserve the right to withhold refunds until returned goods are received and inspected where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from purchases, event attendance, or use of products. Nothing in this policy excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful (including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
